Favorite App: My favorite app is Instagram but with screen time restrictions put in place. I use Instagram for about 10 minutes a day so it's a great way to connect with friends without doom scrolling.

What got me to join:

“I wanted to create Heads Up because there was a severe lack of youth working to create solutions to digital addiction in their communities. Now with Heads Up chapters and other initiatives across the nation, people have been uniting to fight Big Tech's manipulation tactics to harness our attention span and mental health and generate profit.”
