“I think digital wellness is an important topic that requires more attention and action. Social media in particular takes up so much of today’s society, and this can have many negative effects. Heads Up not only helps combat these detrimental impacts, but it is also a good learning experience for me about the inner workings of non-profits and businesses as a whole.”
